Choose Your Level of Support & Payment Plan

Choose from three different Sage Business Care plans, each one designed to provide the right level of coverage for your business.  The Sage 50 technical support is based in Atlanta, GA. 

  • Sage Business Care Support for 3 Instances is our basic plan and includes product upgrades, customer support technical support for 3 instances (via remote access, phone, chat or email).

  • Sage Business Care Traditional offers all product upgrades plus the added benefit of unlimited technical support with Sage (via remote access, phone, chat or email) and how to advice that keeps you competitive.

  • Sage Business Care Subscription is an annual or monthly auto-renewing plan that includes all the beneifits of the Traditional plan but at a low monthly fee.

1 Valid credit card required to activate service. To ensure continuous service, your Sage Business Care plan is an automatically renewing plan, and subsequent years will be automatically billed to the same credit card each year on the anniversary date of your purchase at the then-current rate after notifying you 30 days in advance of your anniversary date. The credit card provided with this purchase will be used to automatically renew the plan if there is no other credit card number already established as your standard credit card number on file with Sage. You may terminate the plan with at least seven calendar daysí notice prior to your renewal date and not be charged for the renewal.
2 Customer Support Analysts are available from 8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. ET Monday-Friday, and reserve the right to limit calls to one hour or one incident. Assistance is limited to Sage 50 solutions.
3 A Sage Business Care Traditional or Subscription Plan is required for all payroll functionality except Sage 50 Managed Payroll. Additional fees apply. Registration, authorized signature, valid email address, Internet access, and credit card required. May be subject to approval. Forms (except W-2s) for PR and US VI are not supported.
4 The average response time for Priority Support is 2 minutes of less.  It may be higher November - January due to higher than normal call volume.
5 Receive an upgrade to the next version of your Sage 50 Accounting software when it is released.
