We've added VisualVault to our product line to address the needs of so many of our customers who have struggled with what to do with all of their documentation that doesn't fit in Sage 50 (formerly Peachtree). • VisualVault is a web-based solution requiring no client side software other than a browser. The return on investment is almost immediate as you deploy HTML forms with workflow, revision managed documents and use the powerful and flexible search capabilities.
  
  
• VisualVault adds additional capabilities out-of-the-box far beyond document management. The software includes forms, records, project management, and training record functionality. Workflow can enable collaboration, routing and approval workflows, integrated email alerts, and document lifecycle management. It is designed for business users and process owners to configure and manage, reducing the need for direct IT or consultants to support to manage information.
  
  
• VisualVault contains a complete set of document management and record management tools. Example features include: automatic retention rules (archiving or deleting), compound documents (parent-children relationships), full audit trail histories and a security model that defines access and permissions. The search tools are detailed, including content searching (full text search) within MS office products, text documents, HTML, pdf's and much more.
  
  
• VisualVault has client side interaction with Microsoft Excel^® and Word^® and also has an Outlook^® add-in for direct Outlook interaction.
